- fully honor and respect your children’s spirits and still have (relative!) peace and order in your family, including being able to get to your appointments on time!

You’ll learn:
- which expectations are realistic and which aren’t, both for your children as well as for yourself.
- what needs you have that are currently unmet and you’ll come up with strategies to meet them, so that you’re no longer meeting your children’s at the expense of your own.
- what needs your children have which are unmet and causing their acting out, and you’ll come up with a strategy to meet them.
- what’s realistic for your life and let go of unattainable ideals which only cause you (and therefore the rest of your family) pain.
- to accept yourself as you are – limitations, screw ups and all – the way you do your children, so your energy can be spent in positive ways instead of beating yourself up for all the ways you fall short of your ideals.
At the beginning of the program, you’ll write a list of ALL the situations you struggle with in your family. By the end of the program, for most parents, either all situations have been resolved or only one is left, with a strategy to resolve it.

- 9 - 1 1/2 hour Group Zoom Calls with Eliane, with recordings (so you can re-listen to the calls and in case you miss some of them.) Those calls will be offered at 3 rotating times. to accommodate participants from all of our wide world's time zones.
- A Facebook group where you can share your work on each module and receive and provide support to the other wonderful parents in the group.
